Restored in 2001-2005 in front of the eastern facade of Troitzko-Izmailov Cathedral (Izmailovo Ave, 7).
The opening of the restored monument took place in October 1, 2005.

Description of the monument:
The granite pedestal was replaced by reinforced concrete, faced with granite. Remarkable is that the foundation of the destroyed monument preserved to this day and is used for the restored columns. 128 trophy Turkish guns mounted vertically on a column. On each side of the base of the monument placed bronze plaques describing the general course of the war, and the boards on which these special Imperial Family and the military units that participated in the war. Now, on the bronze plaque marked the names of all those who took part in the revival of the monument.
At the top of the column is an angel with a palm branch in one hand and with oaken wreath in the other. The height of the monument is 30 meters, the weighs - 250 tons. Around the monument, on the granite pedestal 10 models of guns field type are placed. The ensemble of monuments including the decorative enclosure with ten guns on carriages and artistic lights. There is another difference from the old monument, added the bitter experience of the descendants. At the last plaque, in the top turret of guns is the citation of Alexander Pushkin: " Proud of the glory of their ancestors is not only possible, but must, don’t respect there is shameful pusillanimity, is the first sign of savagery and immorality.
