The sculptural composition dedicated to the legendary "White General" was opened in April 2007.
The plaque to General M. Skobelev is the order of Skobelev Russian Committee (The chairman - twice Hero of the Soviet Union, pilot-cosmonaut, general Alexei Leonov).
The author of this bronze plaque is the famous sculptor Jacob Neyman.
The weight of the plaque is 200 kg. On the bas-relief depicted "White General" over three rifles of the second Russian-Ottoman war.
Written on the board: "In this house the prominent Russian general and the statesman Mikhail Skobelev was born in 1843."
